Lisa is an award-winning pet stylist, and we are proud to have her as part of our team at Morning Star Farm Pet Resort, offering the best pet grooming services in Thompson CT. She began grooming and competing in conformation with her English Springer Spaniels in 1992 under the Chivalry prefix. Lisa ran a top-quality and very successful grooming shop for 12 years in Massachusetts before purchasing Morning Star Farm Pet Resort. Her passion for dogs extends into the show ring, where she has handled many breeds throughout her career in the dog fancy. Lisa has achieved notable success, including being the NEPGP (New England Pet Grooming Professionals) Sporting Dog Class Winner in 2001, her first time in competition, along with placements at NEPGP's Annual Grooming Contest in 2002 and 2003. Her Chivalry English Springer Spaniels have been enormously successful in the conformation show ring, many of which were handled to AKC Championships by Lisa. They have received many national honors and placements, further establishing her expertise and dedication to the craft of grooming.
